*Dependant on your retailer we may not be able to deliver to Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man

Our aim to provide the best service for the demand of over 1million appliance through this network we offer delivery days across the week Monday to Saturday.

In certain areas of lower population the available delivery days is reduced, and in extreme locations the use of forwarding carriers is required, please see below.

Scottish Highlands

With some areas only accessible by minor roads we deliver to a carrier in Inverness for onward shipping. The carrier will then contact the consumer to advise of delivery service to their corner of Scotland.

Scottish Islands - Orkney / Shetland

Arrangement s are made with a local carrier to collect from our depot in Scotland. The carrier will then contact the consumer to advise of delivery service to their island.

Scottish Islands - Other

Scilly Isles - South west tip of Cornwall

The steamship ferry company in Penzance is the principle shipping service to the offshore isles of Scilly transporting cargo to the residents of the islands. We drop off the residents deliveries to this service every Tuesday and Thursday.
